1. SPONSOR: This Artwork Giveaway (“Sweepstake”) is sponsored by, LifeAfterYou, LLC. (“Sponsor”). Hosted by the Artist, Adam J. Osiecki. (“Administrator”).

2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE: The Sweepstake is open to age 18 or older at time of entry who can provide accurate contact information to win the Sweepstake. Each individual must comply with these Official Rules & Privacy Policy before entering the Sweepstake.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstake begins at 6:43 PM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on April 8th, 2023 and ends once $2,000.00 USD cash is raised by online & on-site donations. Non-winning entries will not carry forward into additional Sweepstakes. Winners & Investors who own Artwork shown above, will carry onto each Sweepstake. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes and any updates that will occur.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
A. ONLINE: To enter without purchase, follow, adam.aep, on Instagram.
B. ON-SITE: No on-site registration, signatures or admissions accepted.

5. ENTRY LIMIT: Multiple entries per person is NOT acceptable but limited to one Instagram account. Auction Winners will NOT receive extra tickets for every dollar spent.

6. RANDOM DRAWING: Once the Administrator receives enough funds from online & on-site donations, the random drawing will occur LIVE on Instagram. Adam J. Osiecki will create & broadcast a natural method to determine the Winner of the Sweepstakes with your physical, orange colored raffle-ticket. Final verification will occur of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before receiving artwork and a cash donation.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified during a LIVE Instagram event. Adam J. Osiecki will host the event on, adam.aep, and will contact the Winner to verify information for Sweepstake fulfillment. If the potential winner does not respond within (1) one week, he/she forfeits the prize. A winner may be disqualified if he or she fails to respond within (1) one week of random drawing. Another random drawing will occur until there’s a winner.

8. PRIZES: Choose an original ink canvas from Adam J. Osiecki’s, Blacks Beach Artwork Collection or Wall Art Collection with a mystery amount, cash donation. All applicable taxes are the responsibility solely of the winner. All prizes are awarded “as is” without any express or implied warranty or guarantee from Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $100.00 USD sqft. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received in this Sweepstake.

9. ENTRANT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE:
A. By entering you agree your information can be used for promotional purposes in any medium without compensation.
B. By entering you acknowledge the legal capacity to agree to the terms of these Official Rules and comply with them. Each entrant also agrees to release the third-parties from any and all liability, losses or damages arising from or in connection with the Sweepstake and participation in any prize-related activity.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstake, entrants agree that the Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstake; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to entrants resulting from participating in the Sweepstake and/or accepting a prize; and (viii) entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstake, each entrant agrees: (iX) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; (X) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (Xi) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstake; and (Xii) to forever and irrevocably agree to not proceed with any claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with the Sweepstake, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstake related activity.

11. DISPUTES: The Sweepstake is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in the San Diego County, California. If the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR SWEEPSTAKE ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN (1) ONE YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKE, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

12. GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstake other than as in these Official Rules is void. Administrator, Adam J. Osiecki, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found or suspected to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstake.

13. WINNER: Winner will be posted on Instagram and URL www.osiecki.work, will remain available indefinitely.

How do I use your personal information?
Full Name usage:
Your name will only be used if you own Artwork from my Artwork Collections or follow me because you like my Artwork.

Email Address usage:
I use your email address to contact you for essential business updates, product and/or performance reviews, surveys or help to resolve any relevant problems with artwork activities. These activities include sending you any updates about this privacy policy and artwork donation reports.

Instagram Username and/or Account usage:
I use your username to tag your account for relevant artwork posts to notify you about auctions and the Artwork Giveaway updates. This information will be handwritten and/or abbreviated on an orange colored, raffle-ticket, to reveal the winner. If not damaged in the revel, your ticket will be kept for internal archived artwork purposes. Your information will never be sold.

Venmo Username and/or Account usage:
I will use your Venmo contact information to notify you that I received your payment through a, “like” or “comment” to verify that your contribution has been created in a physical orange colored raffle-ticket for the Artwork Giveaway.

Retention and Deletion of your information.
I store your information forever; unless you remove your account. When you remove your account you revoke your consent to this Privacy Policy and I will delete all of your personal information from my records.
